“I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

“I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

Bronnie Ware worked as an end-of-life caregiver and she wrote a book about the top five regrets she heard on her patient’s deathbeds. The above quote was regret number ONE.

This single sentence changed my life. It gave me the courage to stop drinking alcohol, walk away from my job in private equity, co-found a nonprofit, start a podcast, become a certified Neuro-Transformational Coach, and publish my writing online.

After hearing this quote, I promised myself that I would never stop striving to live my best possible life. Even if it took the rest of my years, I would never settle for a life that didn’t fulfill me.

I decided that it was better to dream big and incur the risk of failing, than to never dream at all. I became obsessed with chasing my highest potential to make sure that I leave nothing on the table.

And I have dedicated my life to helping others do the same.

My mission in life is to inspire you to become the best version of yourself.

I have spent the last 5 years accumulating the best tools for self-discovery, positive habit implementation, goal setting, and unlocking untapped potential. I have a NeuroTransformational coaching certification and I’m currently pursuing another certification from the gold standard of coaching worldwide.

THE ULTIMATE YOU 100%

There’s a reason high achievers work with coaches…

And it’s not because Michael Jordan’s coach was better than him at basketball. Coaches provide the space and setting for YOU to achieve your desired future state.

Good coaching involves asking questions that facilitate the discovery and navigation of where YOU want to be. Coaching is NOT mentorship, consulting, or therapy.

What People Are Saying...

“My coaching sessions with Gregory were connected and right on target with what I needed not what I thought I wanted.  From our sessions I gained clarity on what I truly wanted to experience and my relationship with my self improved. He led me to look deep within at what truly mattered and this created stronger more meaningful connections with my wife, daughter and boys. Grateful!!”

– Derek Smith | Physical Trainer & Certified Wim Hof Instructor

“As a recent college graduate newly entering the workforce, working with Gregory has been extremely beneficial as far as setting realistic goals and actually following through with them. Gregory has helped me create a systemized approach to scheduling action items that help me reach my goals, whatever they might be (financial, physical, work-related, etc.). But I think the greatest value I get out of working with Gregory is a professional accountability partner – something I’ve found is well worth the investment at this stage in my life.”

– Corey Kadlec | Sales Development Representative

“Before beginning coaching sessions with Gregory, I had questions about getting a coach in general. Which coach to choose? Will this be worth it? Would his knowledge be able to help me get to where I want to go? Does coaching even do anything? After working with Gregory, the benefits of having a coach were made crystal clear. Gregory is well equipped with many tools to help you position yourself to be your best self. But his tools are not the only things that helped. Gregory has an innate capability to understand problems, break down the real issues, and lead you as an individual to explore the solutions. At first, I thought it was about getting to an outcome, but I have realized that building the daily systems to get you to where you want to go is more important than accomplishing a goal. I reached my target goals while working with Gregory, but I know this may not always be the case. Working with Gregory was a great decision and the value I received is far greater than the investment put into it. Even though Gregory didn’t know all the ends and outs of my field of work and my passions, it did not change the valuable advice and mindset shifts that come from working with Gregory.

More About Me

My Story:

I believe that we are all meant to live a life that we are truly in love with. And that if we find ourselves in a situation where that is not the case, we must be willing to plunge ourselves into the unknown to search for what lights our soul on fire.

In June of 2020, I walked away from my safe and secure job in Private Equity. I quit because I realized that my dreams had changed, and I was no longer living a life that inspired me.

I had a great job making plenty of money but something inside of me was searching for more. I couldn’t picture myself working in the corporate world for the rest of my life and I realized that I was slowly settling for a life that didn’t excite me.

I was spending money on fancy health supplements, self-help books, and yoga retreats to try and fill the void inside of me but nothing was working. I kept beating myself up for not quitting earlier but I just didn’t know what I wanted to do next with my life.

I was desperately looking for more purpose and excitement in my life and I began to feel like a robot going through the motions of someone else’s life. Every day I stayed in my job I felt like I was letting myself down. I knew I had so much more to give the world, but I was too scared to take a leap of faith.

And then I came across two quotes that forever changed my life. The first was the one I mentioned above. Hearing the number one regret of the dying gave me the courage to change my personal life and become the person I was meant to be. Then the following quote found me, and it punched me in the soul.

“I don’t think it hurts sometimes to remember where you came from. They call it 9-5. It’s never 9-5. And what hurts is the steadily diminishing humanity of those fighting to hold jobs they don’t want but fear the alternative worse. People simply empty out. They are bodies with fearful and obedient minds. The color leaves the eye. The voice becomes ugly. And the body, the hair, the fingernails, the shoes, everything does. As a young man I could not believe that people could give their lives over to these conditions. As an old man I still can’t believe it. What do they do it for? An automobile on monthly payments? Or children? Children who are just going to do the same things that they did? Now in industry there are vast layoffs. They are laid off by the hundreds of thousands and their faces are stunned.

“I put in 35 years…”

“It ain’t right…”

“I don’t know what to do…”

They never pay the slaves enough so that they can get free. Just enough so they can stay alive and come back to work. I could see all of this. I figured the park bench was just as good. Why not get there first before they put me there. Why wait. I just wrote in disgust against it all. It was a relief to get the shit out of my system. And now that I’m here, a so called professional writer, after giving the first 50 years away, the luck I finally had in getting out of those places, no matter how long it took, has given me a kind of joy. I now write from an old mind and an old body. Long beyond the time when most men would ever think of continuing such a thing. But since I started so late, I owe it to myself to continue. And when the words begin to falter and I must be helped up stairways and I can no longer tell a blue bird from a paperclip, I still feel that something in me is going to remember. How I’ve come through the murder and the mess and the moil to at least a more generous way to die. To not to have entirely wasted one’s life seems to be a worthy accomplishment. If only to myself.”  -Charles Bukowski

I have always found that quotes seem to find me when I need them most. And when I read this one, I knew the Universe was speaking to me.

It was in the moment of reading this quote that I decided it was time to radically change my life and start living a story that was worth telling.

So I quit my job, followed my heart, and here I am.

Ready to serve you in any way that I can so that you too, can start living the life you’ve always dreamed about. I know that we were not meant to live boring and mundane lives and I will stop at nothing to prove this.
